Yoga & Mindfulness
Our Yoga and Mindfulness program offers weekly guided sessions with a certified instructor in our Yoga Studio. Students practice mindfulness and yoga to connect with themselves, their community, and the world around them. These activities help improve health, build confidence, and support focus and self-control.


Physical Education (PE)
Physical Education is a required subject where students learn healthy habits and how to stay active for life. In PE, students practice teamwork, set fitness goals, and build strong personal fitness skills.
We also partner with Rising New York Road Runners, a free program that teaches running and movement skills, boosts confidence, and encourages a lifelong love of physical activity.


Classroom Physical Activity
All teachers use the Move to Improve program to bring short physical activity breaks into the classroom. These “brain breaks” help students stay active, focused, and energized while reinforcing lessons from PE and other subjects.
