At P.S. 66, we offer an after-school academic program two days a week to help students strengthen their reading and math skills.Students can also join a variety of fun and enriching extracurricular programs, including:
Salvadori Center (STEAM): Hands-on projects that explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Midori & Friends: Students learn to sing with a professional teaching artist, build confidence, and perform at a special event called the Midori Matinee.
Musical Mentors Collaborative: Students are introduced to music through instruments, different styles, and performances. They begin with easy-to-learn instruments and can later join small group lessons to build their skills.
CHAMPS Sports and Fitness Program: A program that helps students stay active, healthy, and positive while playing sports in a safe, supportive environment. (CHAMPS stands for Cooperative, Healthy, Active, Motivated, and Positive Students.)
