Healthy Cooking with “Allergic to Salad”

Students in grades 3 and 5 are participating in hands-on healthy cooking and nutrition lessons led by Allergic to Salad. These interactive sessions teach students how to prepare fresh, nutritious meals while building lifelong healthy eating habits.
